Requirements of the position:
1.Bachelor degree with major in HR management or other related.
2.Minimum 3 years related experience in a managerial position.
3.Good command of both Chinese and English.
4.Solid experiences on HR each module.
5.Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6.Ability to take initiative, resoning and problem solving skills.
7.Good at communication skills.
The main responsibilities and duties:
1.Assist Business/Adminstration Manager in his administrative day to day function.
2.Recruit and select quality applicants for vacancies.
3.Assist in resolving employee relation issues, including providing information and advice to both management and members.
4.Assist all members in HR related issues.
5.Any other responsibilities and tasks that General Manager assigns |
